Welcome to another edition of our newsletter. In this week’s mail I report on the recent triumph at Newquay against Tehidy Park Golf Club where Mullion lifted the CTC shield for the first time in 40 years, I highlight some of the equipment offerings in the shop, we have some great deals of the week, and I invite you to follow us on social media. Club news

Mullion are champions!

Firstly I want to start this newsletter by congratulating Mullion Golf Club on their CTC win where the played Tehidy in the final on Sunday 17th March. The weather was mostly dry but was extremely cold and with winds gusting at well over 40 mph on the day, it was certainly testing for all the players!

The quality of golf on the day was incredible considering the conditions and while Mullion were underdogs they certainly didn’t look it on the day where they won 5 of the 8 singles matches in the afternoon and halved one too.

Mullion would like to congratulate the players and thank them, the caddies and the supporters by hosting a celebration at Mullion Golf Club from 6pm onwards on Saturday 23rd March. St Austell brewery have kindly donated some drinks for the day and a free drink (excluding spirits) will be available for those who would like to attend and celebrate with the team so please come up and celebrate with us all!

New arrivals…

We have now taken stock of the new 2019 Motocaddy trolleys including the M1 and S1 models. We also have an entire new hire fleet consisting of M1s, S3 Pros and S1s too, so should anyone want to test any of the trolleys before buying then they are more than welcome to test one of our hire trolleys beforehand.

We have a new range of Glenmuir clothing in stock now so please pop in and see some of the latest styles available. We have also received the latest FootJoy models which are available now so pop in and experience new levels of comfort.

Due in stock in early April is Swing Out Sister, a new ladies clothing brand who have received high praise and excellent reviews across the country. Swing Out Sister produce high quality clothing at excellent prices and we look forward to receiving it all in early April. We will be looking at doing a fashion show in late April - early May. I will keep you all informed here with any news of dates and times as well as via email and on our social media so if you’ve not signed up please see at the bottom of this newsletter for our social media links.

Out with the old, in with the new

Sometimes, you buy something new because there's a need; for example, your golf bag has broken zips or the stand no longer works. At other times, you upgrade what you already own because there's something new that you want, such as a new golf bag in-store that looks fantastic.
